Your team works hard. So why does performance still feel inconsistent?

Our OptiTeam™ Performance Method helps leaders uncover and resolve the barriers holding team performance back. Diagnostic-led. Evidence-based. Designed to drive results.

We specialise in getting the team fundamentals right - so your team is actually designed to deliver high performance.

Does this sound familiar?

Leadership feels harder as performance becomes inconsistent.

Execution slows, priorities drift, accountability becomes unclear and leaders spend more time firefighting than moving the business forward. Over time, operational friction becomes normalised, even though everyone is still working hard.

Our OptiTeam Performance Method helps organisations uncover and then remove the blocks that are impacting team performance, so results become predictable.

We diagnose what's actually getting in the way, then build a plan to fix it.

"We truly valued the insights session with our management team.  It was great to see our senior team reflecting on their perceptions of themselves, as well as learning how this compared to how others perceived them. Through gaining insights, the team became closer and learnt more about each other’s differences and similarities. The team are truly thankful, one new manager stating; she had gained insights into colleagues in a day which might otherwise have taken her years."
Richard Giles – Chief Executive, North Kent Mind

We’ve heard these questions frequently

How long does it take to implement the OptiTeam™ Performance Method programme?

Implementation timelines vary based on your organisation's size and specific needs. For a smaller organisation, the team performance diagnostic can be completed and a roadmap produced within days.
Our Collaboration, Accountability, Resilience and Engagement focussed workshops can then be delivered soon after, in half or full-day sessions. For a large organisation, diagnostics and implementation usually takes 3-6 months to fully rollout across an organisation.

Is optimising team performance really that important?

Absolutely. The data is compelling: UK businesses lose over £100 billion a year to lost productivity, workplace friction and poor performance. Evidence shows us fully engaged and optimised teams positively impact your business's productivity, profitability and your ability to attract and keep customers-essentially, it impacts your organisations survival. Our "What ineffective teams cost" page shows the commercial benefits gained from investing in your teams.

What ROI can we expect?

Insights Discovery® case study with Indeed demonstrated a 2,063% return on investment. Organisations typically see an 18% increase in productivity and 51% reduction in turnover rates. 96% of Habit For Health course participants report direct benefits from our programmes, including improved energy levels, reduced stress and better team collaboration.

Can services be delivered remotely?

All our programmes are available both virtually and in-person, delivering the same tools and effectiveness regardless of format. We adapt our delivery methods to suit your team's working arrangements whilst maintaining the quality and impact of our services.

What size organisations do you work with?

We typically partner with organisations of approximately 50-500 employees that are experiencing growing pains and need to regain alignment to stop the performance drift. For optimal learning experiences, we recommend workshops of no more than 12 participants, though our programmes can be scaled for organisation-wide implementation.
